  1. If the buyer/seller doesn't respond to chat messages promptly? If the buyer or seller hasn't checked the chat records in time and it's been over an hour, an email reminder will be sent to the registered HCTOPUP account email.

    1. Trade protection will cover buyers in the following cases: A. The buyer does not receive the order. B. The item received by the buyer does not match the description.

    2. Trade protection does not cover the following cases: A. The buyer has confirmed receipt of the goods. B. The buyer regrets the purchase after placing the order. C. Transactions conducted outside of HCTOPUP. D. Any modifications by the game publisher/game developer to the account and its content after the transaction is completed.

    3. Trade protection does not provide protection against fraudulent claims. We reserve the right to take legal action and suspend the buyer's account that makes fraudulent claims.

    4. Buyers must confirm receipt of the item and its conformity to the product listing description before confirming receipt. Confirming the order indicates that the transaction is complete, and you are satisfied with the purchase and agree to pay the seller.

    5. If the buyer does not file a claim or complaint within 72 hours after the seller ships the goods, it will be deemed that the buyer has accepted the purchased item or service. No refunds will be issued for orders that have been confirmed received and completed.

    6. All transaction contracts are signed by both buyers and sellers. In the event of a dispute after signing the sales contract, HCTOPUP can assist buyers or sellers, but assumes no responsibility for the sales contract.

    7. In the event of a transaction dispute, the buyer must respond to our request and provide relevant evidence within 72 hours. If the buyer fails to respond within the specified time, it will be considered that the buyer defaults and the issue is considered resolved, and HCTOPUPwill end the dispute.

    8. Trade protection is not responsible for all payment disputes or refunds. In such cases, we will cease the investigation and will not entertain refund requests.

    9. Trade protection is not a product warranty but rather a set of rules to be followed and enforced.
