Affiliate Program Terms Of Service

Agreement

By joining the HC TOPUP Affiliate Program (“Program”), you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”).

HC TOPUP reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Any new features added to the Program, including new tools and resources, will also be subject to these Terms of Service. Your continued use of the Program after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Violation of any of the terms outlined below may result in the termination of your Account and the forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the violation. You agree to use the Affiliate Program at your own risk.

Account Terms

You must be a real person. Accounts created using automated methods or “bots” are not permitted. You must provide accurate and complete information, including your legal full name and a valid email address, during the signup process. Your account login credentials are for your personal use only and may not be shared with others. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. HC TOPUP is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with security measures. You are responsible for all content posted and activity that occurs under your account. Individuals or entities may not maintain more than one account. You may not use the Affiliate Program for any illegal or unauthorized purposes, and you must comply with all laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Affiliate Program to earn commissions on your own HC TOPUP product accounts. Links/Graphics Usage

Upon joining the Affiliate Program, you will receive a unique Affiliate Code. You are authorized to place links, banners, or other graphics provided by HC TOPUP with your Affiliate Code on your website, in emails, or in other communications. HC TOPUP will provide guidelines, link styles, and graphical artwork for use in linking to their website. While HC TOPUP may update the design of the artwork, they will not alter the dimensions of the images without notice.

To ensure accurate tracking and reporting of referral fees, you must use special link formats provided by HC TOPUP in all links between your site and theirs. Links that correctly use these special formats are referred to as “Special Links.” You will only earn referral fees on sales made directly through Special Links.

Affiliate links should direct users to the specific product being promoted.

Referral Fees/Commissions and Payment

To qualify for a referral fee, customers must click through a Special Link from your site, email, or other communication to HC TOPUP.com and complete a product purchase during that session. The session remains active for 7 days, meaning if a customer returns to the site within that time frame and completes a purchase, you will earn a commission.

HC TOPUP will only pay commissions on links that are automatically tracked and reported by their systems. Commissions will not be paid for purchases that are not tracked by the system.

HC TOPUP reserves the right to disqualify commissions earned through fraudulent, illegal, or aggressive sales or marketing methods.

Payments will commence once you have earned more than $5 in affiliate income. If your account balance does not meet the minimum payout threshold, your commissions may not be realized or paid out.

Identifying Yourself as an HC TOPUP Affiliate

You may not issue any press releases regarding your participation in the Affiliate Program without prior approval from HC TOPUP.

You may not misrepresent the relationship between you and HC TOPUP or make any false claims about your affiliation with them.

You are prohibited from purchasing products through your affiliate links for personal use. Such actions may result in the withholding of referral fees or termination of your participation in the Program.

Payment Schedule

If your affiliate earnings exceed $5, you will be paid monthly. If you have not met the minimum payout threshold since your last payment, you will receive payment the following month after crossing the threshold.

Customer Definition

Customers who purchase products through your affiliate links are considered HC TOPUP customers. Therefore, all rules, policies, and procedures regarding customer orders, service, and sales apply to those customers.

Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the development, operation, and maintenance of your website and all content posted on it.

You must ensure that the display of Special Links on your site complies with all agreements and requirements imposed by third parties.

You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of all materials posted on your site, including product-related content and associated Special Links.

You must ensure that materials posted on your site do not infringe upon the rights of third parties or violate any laws.

You must adequately disclose how you collect, use, and store data collected from visitors to your site.

Compliance with Laws

As a Program participant, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing your participation in the Program, including email marketing laws like the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003.

Term of Agreement and Program

This Agreement begins upon HC TOPUP's acceptance of your Program application and ends upon termination by either party. Either you or HC TOPUP may terminate this Agreement at any time with or without cause by providing written notice to the other party.

Upon termination, you must cease using all links and materials provided by HC TOPUP and remove them from your site.

HC TOPUP reserves the right to end the Program at any time. Upon termination, any outstanding earnings above $5 will be paid out.

Termination

HC TOPUP may suspend or terminate your account and refuse access to the Program or other services for any reason at any time. Termination of the Service will result in the deactivation of your Account and forfeiture of potential commission payments earned through questionable sales or marketing methods.

Relationship of Parties

You and HC TOPUP are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates a partnership, joint venture, or employment relationship between the parties.

Limitations of Liability

HC TOPUP will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

Disclaimers

HC TOPUP makes no warranties or representations regarding the Program or any products sold through it. HC TOPUP does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of its website and is not liable for any interruptions or errors.

Independent Investigation

By participating in the Program, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. You have independently evaluated the Program and are not relying on any guarantees or statements not expressly provided herein.

Arbitration

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be subject to confidential arbitration. HC TOPUP may seek injunctive relief in court for violations of its intellectual property rights.

Miscellaneous

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and HC TOPUP regarding your participation in the Program, superseding any prior agreements.

You may not assign this Agreement without HC TOPUP's consent. This Agreement is binding on both parties and their successors and assigns.

HC TOPUP's failure to enforce any provision of this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements between you and HC TOPUP.
